Came out same day to replace torsion springs after one snapped. Ended up replacing cables on the pulleys too after he showed me the cable had already started to fray. It would’ve cost me even more in a month or two if I found out the hard way that it was trash. He also showed me a couple cheap, easy ways to maintain a few other parts so I wouldn’t have to replace them. Hope I don’t need them again anytime soon, but I would use them again if I needed more help with he garage.

Just had my garage door fixed after the spring and cables broke. The door broke with my car in the garage and I needed someone to come out immediately as we could not open the garage door. Terry was so awesome! He came out within an hour of my call. He did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company

Absolutely do not go with this company!!!! We ordered our door in April, they broke it on the way to our house. They installed the wrong garage door the 2nd time and had to come back multiple times before installing the correct door and in the mean time their door broke our garage door opener itself. They came back today and wanted me to pay an additional $500.00 for their incompetence. Now I have to buy a new garage door opener after their company guaranteed they would have it fixed today. Completely unsatisfied. I would give negative stars if I could. call them at your own risk for service.

Overall, I’d say we had a good experience with Superior Garage Door Repair.
After hearing the torsion spring snap the night before around 10 PM, I called right after they opened at 7 AM and had someone scheduled to show up later that day. They did have to adjust the time window (earlier), but they gave me a call first to see if that still worked for me.
The service techs were friendly and did a good job fixing multiple issues we’d been putting off with the door. The previous owner had backed into it (fixed), the garage door opener door connection had been attached several times and wasn’t
