I have used Lambert for various plumbing needs multiple times over the years. The company is consistently HONEST in its approach to dealing with customers. I have tried other companies and found many to be sharks and dishonest in assessing and pricing plumbing needs. Lambert's work has been consistently good. Most recently, My gas furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Lambert was considerate enough to arrange for a technician to come to my house that evening and fix the problem. That technician was Mr. Robert Grant. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and quickly figured out

We had a water heater installed about 4 years ago. That water heater developed a leak. We were told that it was covered under warranty and we wouldn't have to pay for a new one. A larger heater was installed because apparently that was all that was available. We do not want or need a bigger water heater. When the heater was installed because … of a narrow opening, a picture frame was broke and a piece of our banister was broke. Now we get an invoice of $266 because of the different heater. It would have been nice to inform us of this we had thought about going to an electric heater. However

I had a new boiler installed. Very comfortable process, listened to my needs and did not try and sell me something I didn’t. The installers were great. Very friendly and professional. Very hard workers. And they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

The 2 Shawns were both hard working and diligent in getting a very difficult and challenging job of installing a new water heater done .It had to go into a very small space which was under a kitchen cabinet. I can't believe they did it, but they did. Great job ..Lambert should be very pleased and proud of these employees . .it was a pleasure to meet such friendly workers..

My hot water heater tank broke. I called Lambert Plumbing and Heating. They ordered me a new tank. The technician came out and replaced water heater with a new one. The company is very efficient and does excellent work. I highly recommend the company. They even took the old hot water heater with them. Most companies leave the hot water heater on your premises.
