Absolutely terrible customer service. We didn't have a choice in using them as American Home Shield chose them through our home warranty.
Our furnace went out, it's below 40 degrees, and they couldn't get someone out for 2 weeks to help us. We have two kids (6 & 8) who have both caught a cold because of this. With COVID this has been a constant scare sending them to school. We have to wear jackets in our house and it's so cold we can physically see our breath, so I called NW Sundance to ask why something so critical is taking so long to get looked at. They said because they're severely understaffed

Kenny was the most persistent, patient and kind technician who fixed my furnace when I thought all hope was lost. He effectively explaining the problem and expertly implemented the solution. A good human being and great technician. The office was very responsive and kind when it came to scheduling.

Really difficult to get to them to make an appointment. The technician sent to my house seems in a hurry and wanted to leave asap. He recommended me throw things away and in the end I need to re-order the parts that was thrown away. If it weren't the from the home warranty, I doubt if they would still be in business.

This company was selected by my warranty company to fix my non-working water heater. Everything started with a schedule one week out. After a visit needed part was ordered, 10 days later when the part was delivered it was 7 more days before they could come to install it. THIS ENTIRE TIME I HAD NO HOT WATER! WHEN THEY CAME, They discovered that the part was wrong. Another order... 10 days later the part was still not here. They reordered the part and the same thing - 10 days to receive the part, 7 days to schedule a visit... Overall I did not have hot water for TWO MONTHS! Ended up working with

Referred by AHS to diagnose my hot water heater problem. Customer service is very unprofessional and rude. I am not sure despite so many bad review why AHS is still using this company. am going to give this feedback to AHS as well to remove this company from their list or they'll loose customers.

American Home Shield also sent out NW Sundance to look at issues in my bathroom that were called out from an inspection report. The certified plumber spent maybe 15 minutes, looked at my toilet, looked at my sink and declared, I needed a new sink and they would not cover it and that the toilet was fine. He never ran any water through the sink to determine where the leak was. I asked for a report so I could submit this to the buyer and was sent an email that consisted of 2 lines, mostly abbreviations and not everything he told me. I called no less than 1/2 a dozen times to get him and/or the company

The service guy was fine but dealing with the company office was terrible . Once the service guy came out diagnosed the hot water needed to be replaced, Getting a appointment to come back and replace it was next to impossible. The service guy told me they were booked for three weeks out.
Next when I called on June 28 and did not come out until July 7 after 10 days they finally showed up with out a hot water heater. Poor service, at least they could have asked what kind of heater I had and been prepared to fix rather than confirm what we already knew as the hot water heater leaked all over the

Two weeks ago they came out to bid a full replumb for our house to replace old quest pipe. The photo attached is the bid they gave me. I have been calling them for two weeks trying to get any more information from this bid. What materials are going to be used, what is the timeframe of work, what is the cost of goods, when could this be scheduled, what is the scope of work I could expect to be completed, is this price guaranteed?
Their response has been "we are a flat rate company, we aren't able to provide more detail than that". How am I supposed to choose a plumbing company if

HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE! I was on the schedule for technician to come out to look at my AC. They were a NO CALL and NO SHOW even after I confirmed the time earlier that day and called 15 min before the end time when told tech was late and they assured me they would still be there.
When calling the following day to get them to my house, they said they can't get me scheduled same day.
WHAT? You miss a scheduled window from 2pm - 5pm and now can't be here for 5 days. NO NO NO. The service industry means YOU FIX your schedule to get here today since you were a no show yesterday.

Hoping to update this with a better review as soon as I actually get the service done. Trying to get an actual appointment seems almost impossible. I have a policy through FirstAm and this is the allocated service company. Have probably left 4-5 messages and NUMEROUS calls where I just hang up. So far, 10 days and counting trying to get an appointment. Lack of customer service on the front end is concerning.

They came to diagnose my hot water heater's pilot light not staying on. Tech tried to just light it and leave. I explained to him the issue (clearly he didn't read his notes), and he asked "what do you want me to do about it?" Uh...OK, I say "I want hot water." More staring. I say "I read on Google replacing the thermocoupler could be the issue?" so he allegedly does that.
He doesn't test if it fixed the issue; surprise, it didn't. I then call them to get a follow-up appointment (and BTW, calling them means calling them 10 times. They don&apos

We had a leaky faucet outside. Our warranty company gave us no option but to use this company. Their first available was almost three weeks out. On the day they were supposed to arrived I was told both plumbers called in sick and it would be another week before someone could get here. He came and said he fixed our leaky faucet. He didn't. When I called back they said it would be another two weeks before someone came out. Our water bill is going to be astronomical. We intend to hire an attorney to help reviver out losses. Totally undependable

I was assign NW Sundance Services as my plumbing contractor through my American Home Shield home warranty. I was excited when I was told they could come fix my faucet two days from when I called. I was told to be home from Noon to 5 for the technician.
Well, 5pm passed and no one arrived. I called and was told the technician was nearby and should arrive soon. At 7:15pm I got an email saying the service had been completed. Funny thing was that no one ever called me or showed up at my house to fix the faucet. I called and was apologized to by a dispatcher who was pretty kind. But the next available

We were experiencing a water leak with our hot water and this was our first plumbing issue as first time home buyers. We were assigned NW Sundance Services through our home warranty with First American Home Warranty. I gave them a call and left a message, and received a call back within a few hours. They weren't able to schedule service until a week out, but said they would give us a call if they could fit us in sooner. Lucky for us, the very next day they had a cancellation and they were on their way to fix it!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I went through First American Home Warranty and had a very difficult time reaching someone to set up an appointment, but when the tech came (unfortunately didn't catch his name) I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge. Basically he could have replaced our water heater but he knew it wouldn't be covered by insurance because the water heater was basically still functioning, so he fixed what he thought was the problem (turned up way too high) instead of just replacing it and causing us to have to pay like $2k out of pocket. Really really

These are by far the worst service organization I have dealt with. It's a very long story but basically they came out on a claim with AHS insurance. They said AHS would not cover a cracked toilet. I called AHS and they indicated it is covered.
NW Sundance said the plumber hasn't submitted his paper work and they can't do anything without that. Weeks later no paper work.
Clearly they are not interested in replacing the toilet probably because this is an insurance claim and as the plumber told me, they make zero profit on an insurance claim.
Don't use NW Sundance! Ever.
