Owner was genuine, on time, and informative. He was better priced then 4 other vendors we took bids from and was the most honest. He was recommended to us by our neighborhood app and our neighbors that uses his business only had positive things to say. It's a small business and we definitely want to support them.

Found out late last night that my spring broke and needed it fixed. Called Garage Door Giant the next day and in less than 30 minutes Brett showed up to make it good as new! Very fast, efficient, and professional service. Thank you!

The spring broke and I needed repair service for my garage door. This same thing happened a couple of years ago and I had Always Open Garage Doors repair it. This time I decided to call someone else to get a second opinion and met Bryce from Garage Door Giant. Bryce was very friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He provided me with options, was very thorough with the repair and my "good as new" garage door is now equipped with TWO springs to help balance the load. But wait there's more, I thought the price was outstanding especially compared to what Always Open Garage Doors

Brett was able to take care of us the same day. Even arrived a half hour earlier than promised. Explained everything in detail what needed to be done and what he recommended. Didn't try sell us anything that was not needed. Brett was fast, professional and knowledgeable. Exactly what I wanted. My garage door broke a main spring so I took to Yelp to get a rough idea what to expect. Brett gave me a quick and fair estimate right away! Better than the others that bothered to respond.

Came out the next day, repaired things perfectly, and my garage door is like new with a little extra care by Brett giving some much needed maintenance after years of neglect. Price hit right on the estimate after opting to replace both springs.

11:00 am I arrived to my house and heard a big crack sound on my garage door that didn't let it to close, immediately I noticed a cable broken and out of the rail, I closed the door manually and noticed it was totally not aligned. Brett is GREAT!! Not only has he serviced the Garage Doors at my house at a reasonable price, he's replaced doors and openers for friends and they always come back to me with positive feedback and thank you's for giving them his contact info.
Aside from all this, Brett has worked with me on Charitable Home make-over projects and he's done everything from providing a new garage door to completely building a custom wood garage door on an older home.

I have used Garage Door Giant twice (once to replace the motor, once to replace the springs) with great results. Brett is knowledgeable and honest with very good pricing. He stands behind his work: he just drove to my house to lubricate the door spring because it was squeaking and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from! Definitely recommend for all garage door needs.

I'm in the service biz myself, so I know when someone is BS'ing me and when someone is doing quality work. I also don't write reviews, so here goes. I called because my kids left a scooter under the garage and closed it which damaged the garage. I called this guy and he was out in about 1/2 an hour and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. The charge was fair and his demeanor was pleasant. My criteria for any service is fair pricing, good customer service and excellent workmanship. He hit all three benchmarks. Highly recommended!
