I purchased a condo on North Columbus Drive and hired Jim Heaney and Remodeling Experts of Chicago to help me design and renovate my new home.
The scope of work consisted of removal of a partition wall between the kitchen and living room to create an open floor plan. The renovation included new wood floors, doors, baseboards, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Also a complicated conversion from bathtub to full standing shower with a custom poured concrete base that went without any problems.
Jim suggested designs and we made showroom visits to see cabinets, countertop materials and he brought me tiles
