We contracted Sampson Plumbing and Heating for a new boiler and water heater, and repair of a slow (drip-like) leak in the kitchen sink plumbing. First, let us note that the quality of the work is first-rate. One- anyone, for that matter- could see immediately the workmanship: copper tubing at right angles, copper tubing running perfectly straight… along the walls, neat and spotless clean. We hired Joe Sampson's Plumbing & Heating to fix a faucet in which there was hardly any water flow. They came yesterday, showed up promptly, were professional and courteous, fixed the problem in under a half hour, and made good on the initial estimate. They also saw that we were wearing masks and they put them on too (thanks!). We will be using them again in the near future!

Recently I had my really old oil fired boiler removed by Joe's crew. After getting a very high quote from another company, I reached out to Joe instead. He gave me a very reasonable price after going through some details. He was prompt, professional and straight forward and he inspected what had to be done just 3 days after my phone call. Two gentlemen on Joe's team arrived on time and they gone it done, no problems. I was impressed by their work. The plumbing itself looked great, and the work area was clean. I know it's a messy job! Few days ago, I saw my laminate flooring rise up. I thought I could fix this myself, until I touched the flooring itself. It was very hot. I did some research and realized I might have a slab leak. On top of that, I had hot water coming out of my cold water faucets. I called up Sampson plumbing. Their response time was awesome, I had called at 9a, had Joe come out at 11a, (who confirmed my worse fears as a homeowner), technicians arrive at 1p, fixed by 4p. They used drop cloths, taped up the entryway to reduce dust getting all over my house, explained everything they did, cleaned up afterwards

Changing over to Natural gas, from oil and propane. They were very professional and very very clean. Covered everything including the rug, I did not have to clean anything when they left. Also they were very respectful, I would highly recommend this company. The owner was only a phone call away and answered all my questions, thanks Joe. He also came out a day or two later and wanted to check to see the job the guys did and also if we had any questions. The women in the office was also a pleasure to talk to she was very helpful and made sure we knew everything that was going to happen.

Efficient, professional, and fairly priced. I am SO HAPPY with the work they did replacing my old oil burner with an updated one and new hot water heater. It's like a work of art! They arrived on time (early, in fact) and worked diligently to have all the work done in one day's time. Everything was clean (cleaner than I even left it for them-haha!) and the crew was very respectful of my space. Would absolutely hire again and recommend them to anyone.

Hot water pipe burst in our slab foundation during the pandemic. Joe and his crew came to our home respectful of our home and our health. Found the leak in no time at all and had the problem solved and repaired within record time. Tarps and clean up left my home in the condition they found it with the exception of the need for a new floor as a result of the leak. Prompt and skillful service!!!

Joe and company did an oil to gas conversion for us. Their price was lower than quotes we got from other companies and they took care of everything from A-Z.
It was a seamless process for us as Jaime handled everything from dealing with permits to scheduling the different processes with the utility company, town inspections, and decommissioning our old in-ground oil tank. Full conversion was done in two days as scheduled and quality of workmanship was topnotch. The guys cleaned up after themselves and were really pleasant mannered and our 3 yr old twins really liked having them around.

We used this company because they were recommended by a family member. They charged a $125 service fee to come and diagnose a toilet bowl leak. They stated that they would do the work and would get back to us in a WEEK to give us an estimate. They also assured us that the $125 service fee would be deducted from the estimate. After not being contacted by them after a WEEK, we called the office to find out the status of the estimate and was told that they are not ABLE to do the job because they don't have the right equipment. They never bothered to call us and the rude receptionist said that

Scott and Tom came to my house because a pipe burst under the slab. These guys were great! So respectful of my home and did everything they could to make sure the job was done right.
