With over 28 years of experience in the Construction arena, Jim and Steve Winters are recognized as quality Florida homebuilders. Jim and Steve grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim developed a strong foundation in life attending business and marketing classes at Cleveland State University. Jim and Steve learned the construction business as carpenter's apprentices.
