The guys at the ware house work hard to help you out . Good service the only thing I don't like about it is they need to have more tools for tile installers.

The guy I spoke with had a terrible attitude.
I called there today and asked them to send one of their estimators over to do measurements and give me a bid on replacing carpet.
After I told him that I would like to have the opportunity to introduce myself our company and products to them as well, he was very rude and said that he didn't need my business, then hung up the phone.
I believe in doing business with organizations that want to do business with you and keeping money local.
Apparently this gentleman has all the business he needs and doesn't care about local businesses.

Really wish I could give 0/5 stars because that's exactly what you will get working with Issis and Sons Flooring. During our previous home renovation, everything this company touched had to be fixed twice. Bathroom tile was laid un-level and a cracked piece was installed. Not to mention, the guy used so much self leveler it leaked through into our basement! A complete mess! 1500 SQ FT of LVP had to be removed and reinstalled due to no prep work involved and cracked pieces installed. Most quarter round was cracked and not even stained on the ends. Not to mention, they could not even provide ONE

After 3 months of getting the run around from two very non-professional flooring companies and walking over torn up wood, Issis and Sons stepped in to save the day! Not only were they quick to respond and sent a wonderful crew, they came when they said they would. We could not be more pleased with our beautiful flooring! We would recommend them above all others! I had two staircases changed out from carpet to hardwood. the work was well below average. they returned and repaired most of the botched stain and paint, but it still looks below average. the ironwork and railings were not replaced properly, and the wood on the stairs was not installed properly. very disappointing as it cost over $10,000.
the salesman never returned my messages. i took pictures to the billing manager-who agreed the work was substandard.

I bought 3 rugs from Issis for my new house to put on my refinished hardwood floors, The rugs are beautiful and Issis came and installed them. I later learned that the pads they had put underneath them were cheap and could deteriorate . My the time I found out and replaced them my new hardwood floors already had spots where the pad had stuck to the floor and left a sticky residue. You would think after buying expensive rugs that Issis would put better pads under them or at least tell you that you needed to buy pads. The fact that they put pad under them that could ruin my floors is appalling .

Put 4 inch hardwoods in our master suite and closet. Excellent job. When I was putting furniture back I accidentally scratch the floor and Jimmy immediately send somebody out to fix it at no charge. Top-notch service. Thanks again :-)

I purchased new linoleum flooring for my laundry room & attached closet (slab foundation). The price was reasonable for what we purchased, & the service was great. The sales staff was helpful and friendly. The installers arrived on time with all the supplies required to complete the job. They moved my washer & dryer, completed the installation, & reconnected the washer & dryer in about 3 hours. The work looks good, & they left the place clean when they were done. We will use them again next time we need flooring work.

I can't say enough nice things about this company! They have done work at my home and office, and always with great integrity and dedication to doing great work. Great selection and pricing!
