Our purpose is to expertly plan, design, build, test, operate and maintain mission-critical space to maximize reliability, ROI and efficiency while providing the industry's highest level of customer satisfaction. TechSite opened its doors in December of 2001. Our founder and president, Jim Schrader, brought with him years of experience working as a managing partner for Computer Site Preparations and then Emerson Telecom Systems.
Since those earliest days, our goal has been to provide innovative services to support our clients' Mission Critical operations. While our service offerings have expanded over the years, we have remained faithful to our core values of Loyalty, Honesty, Drive and Gratitude. Join us as we celebrate 20 years!
We've been there. Our team has experienced the diverse challenges that exist in designing, building and operating mission-critical facilities. We have a strong appreciation of the facility's importance to our customers and their business. Our services are carefully tailored to our customer's requirements.

TechSite has gained invaluable education data center knowledge and experience by completing a variety of mission-critical renovation projects for higher education facilities. We've learned the importance of bringing in end-users early in the process to guarantee that their needs are incorporated into facility design.
TechSite works with our industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse/distribution clients to extend functionality, support sustainability directives, and accommodate new technologies for all types of manufacturing and heavy industrial facilities. Today's fast-paced business requirements demand ultra-sensitive environments that house computer networking, data processing, data storage and telecommunications equipment.
When you need to navigate the complex issues of constructing a mission critical facility, TechSite can provide global knowledge and best practices from years of data center construction. Our innovative and Lean management strategies deliver projects at all levels of density and redundancy in the most cost effective and efficient way.
TechSite assists our clients with a risk assessment for a proposed data center location. Items that are evaluated include natural and man-made hazards, security, environmental, local codes, and infrastructure availability. Mitigation strategies are suggested and documented. Data Centers consume 1.25% of the electrical power sold in the US as of 2005.
