I went to Roll auto sales, I came back to same person name Sebastian Milan! Sebastian was amazing myself is deaf but very patient being helpful even willing to talk to my husband on the phone while working (negotiator). Take us long time to help and fight the price but end up got great car with best miles! Recommend go to Sebastian Milan

I had an amazing experience at Rolls Auto. I drove an hour and half to see a SUV and it was just as expected. Sebastian was a great sales man and very honest and upfront. He was patient and did not pressure me into anything. Also Joe was great at getting me a good deal. Definitely will be my new spot to purchase my cars for now on. I will recommend them to anyone.

Called to inquire about a car that was posted on line for $20,500. Asked questions and indicated I would be in for a test drive the next day. I Followed up the next day to confirm that the car was still available and made the one and a half hour trip to Rolls in PA. When I arrived, a different salesman said the car was $22,500 but they could drop it to $22,000. (Car fax and other docs indicated $20,500) Shame on you! Keep your car! This is bad business - they call it bait and switch.

I took my 21yr daughter to Roll's auto sales to purchase a vehicle in her price point for the amount she saved. We came across a 2008 Nissin Roque. My daughter fell in love with the car but I still had reservations. We were unable to test drive the vehicle because it had a flat and it was buried behind other cars. Our salesman reassured us the car was in great condition and it was just traded in. Needing a car for work my daughter agreed, after 2 weeks of driving the car we had to put in another $1600 for shocks/ axle rod, and barring's. 1 week later the check engine light came on and

We purchased a vehicle little over two years ago came to a set price for the vehicle we were interested in, salesperson was very helpful at the time of purchase. He said they had a 30 day warranty on all vehicles on the lot, we drove home with the car and we noticed a vibration when you surpassed the 40 miles an hour, we called and the salesperson said bring it back and let me see what's wrong. We took the car back and he test drove the car and came back and said he didn't feel anything. I knew I was feeling a vibration once we hit the 40 mile an hour mark, but he keep insisting nothing

This place is a dump and so are the salesman there, or at least the one dealt with (partially my own fault for continuing to go through with the sale). For starters this guy was not discreet with my information. We were allowed to test-drive the car around the block, and the prize wheel was not offered. All things I can live with. What I can't live with is this: the fluids in the car were not replaced or even checked and filled upon taking the car, there was zero gas in the car, and the license plate was not installed properly. Just poor customer service all-around. Do not go there.

Rolls sucks! I had so many issues with my car within 2 months of purchase. I really wish I would have went to craigslist and spent 1500 on a piece of s*** at least then getting what you paid for would make more sense. Sensors suddenly failed, alternator failed, battery failed, tire patched and needed replacing, brakes failed, power steering leaking, I could go on but I won't do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Good luck

Rolls Auto is a very unprofessional establishment. I am very disappointing with the service that I received this morning. A sales associate by the name of "Ace" informed me not to come in to look at a certain vehicle without cash in hand, instead he told me to look at a few on the street. i called back and he was very irate, unprofessional and hung up on me. I asked to speak to the sales manager and he informed me that he was the manger.
