We discovered a dripping/leaking water heater today. Using Angie's List I requested a quote from R.E.I. Plumbing and 4 others for an emergency water heater evaluation. Roland called me back in less than two
minutes and had someone at our house 30 minutes later. None of the other plumbers even called me back.
They stayed late on a Friday to change out our water heater and make sure we had hot water before we went to bed. Price was more than reasonable and there was no 'emergency' or special charge for working late on a Friday night.

REI called a few minutes after I sent out a search on Angie's List. An appointment was set up for later in the day. Roland showed up right on time, assessed the problem, informed me what it was and how much it would cost to repair. The price was reasonable and the parts were available. Since I agreed to have the work done, there was no service charge My tankless hot water heater was up and running within half an hour. I couldn't have asked for asked for more prompt or professional service. Would definitely use this plumber again.

My husband called this morning and Roland was here this afternoon! We had a leaking faucet in the kitchen. Roland had to take the faucet completely apart to get it out and replaced with an new and prettier faucet in less than 45 minutes! Clean, fast, and friendly- all at a very reasonable price. I'll be calling REI for all my plumbing work! Thanks Roland, you're the best!

We got backflow flooded during hurricane Harvey, shower drain let a foot of water into our home. REI Plumbing (Roland) offered to install a sewer backflow valve for over $3500. I politely declined. He then offered it for $2900. I again politely declined. I then dug the shallow hole myself and had a local plumber install a backflow valve for only $299. Price gouging, especially during a crisis, reaps reviews like this Roland.
