We just had central air put in our co op in Brooklyn. turns out we needed a furnace, too. These guys were so great from start to finish! We are so grateful for being able to finally have central air! Called and scheduled service for 3 properties we were working on in Parma, Ohio. Lisco was prompt, professional and fairly priced. The technician Justin was awesome. I planned on replacing my boiler this past September. I checked with a reputable plumbing supplier in the Cleveland area and they directed me to LISCO. The did an extraordinary job. Lisco installed an oil furnace for my mother (improperly, we found out later) in 2015. Last month she had them come out to do a routine maintenance. Her heat exchange was plugged, making carbon & putting out no heat. They informed my mother that they no longer service the furnace that THEY sold her. Didn't recommend someone who COULD do the work, were nasty to my 85 year old mother, and left her with no heat. Horrible customer service!

We have always had exceptional service from Lisco! Their tech, Matt, is the BEST! We first had him about 9 years ago and thought he was great. We recently had our furnace motor break. Within 15 minutes of our call Matt was here again. And within 2 hours we had heat in our home once again! How many companies can claim that kind of service in the middle of February?! Matt is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to explain what and why he does things. Also no nonsense. He gets straight to his work and does it efficiently. Nothing but praise for this company!

Thought my thermostat broke but it turned out to be the a/c. Sent a message on website and by 9 am I had Matt calling me to tell me he was on his way. Arrived on time, found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. Professional service and he didn't mind explaining everything. They will be my first call for any future issues!

I arrived home last night to a cold house and couldn't get the furnace to come on. I called Lisco this morning at 7:30am and my favourite tech Ritchie was here within the hour even though he was supposed to be off. He could find nothing wrong with the furnace, suggested that it might be an intermittent stuck switch and told me what to try if the… problem recurred. I was charged for just the service call. I have dealt with Lisco since buying my house in 2015 and they are the consummate, honest professionals. They are also very pleasant. Five stars all around!
