Services
An integral part of The Finch Companies, Peoria Metro Construction has roots back to the early 1940s, when young Nyle and Lyle Finch returned from war and put their two trucks to work delivering coal to private homes. In the years following, their trucking fleet expanded to accommodate larger customers.

Peoria Metro Construction can serve as the lead contractor, or we can work in partnership with other contractors on a wide range of projects such as retail stores and restaurants, schools, warehouses, office buildings, independent living homes, strip malls and manufacturing facilities. We are also highly experienced in the area of interior demolition and remodeling projects.
Peoria Metro Construction offers a variety of CM services. Whether it is a negotiated project, providing for a Guaranteed Max Price (GMP) or Cost plus Fee service; we will coordinate all of the project tasks from the selection of architects and engineers through the design phase to construction and close-out.
Our history and expertise with pre-engineered steel buildings is vast. We have been constructing these systems since our inception and with our Golden Eagle Dealership with American Buildings Company and our relationship with CECO Building Systems, we can offer the rapid construction, low cost and energy efficiency of many types of pre-engineered building systems.
