Just bought a new condo, almost entirely carpeted. They were able to schedule me an appointment within a week. The technician (Dimitri) was on time, super friendly and knowledgeable. Came back a few hours later and everything was perfect!!!! So happy with the results. Would definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

We have used MM for 20 years. With 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats we needed them. I tried the do it yourself store rental machine...don't bother.

They always do a great job! Hard to believe how much dirt comes out of the carpet.

They also do wood floors.....dry in only a few hours.

This is the 2nd time we've used Miracle Mist to have our ALL white furniture and rug cleaned! Each cleaning produced a "like new" look to our furniture and flokati rug, an extremely difficult rug to clean. The owner Blair insisted on coming out himself because he did the job the first time around. I couldn't believe with the high volume of work he remembered me and the house (which is not exactly close to his business) from over a year ago. These guys know what they are doing! We call them every year and they are awesome!

Fast, efficient, professional company. They were so accommodating when we needed to change our appointment. They were on time and they finished the job quickly.
They explained the process to me and then began, working quickly to get setup and start cleaning. They also took the time to offer some advice on keeping the carpet clean (post-cleaning) and reducing wear-and-tear over time.
