I have purchased the last four cars I own from Earl Stewart. I service each one at the dealership. I have had the same service manager, who knows me and has assisted me thoroughly. I also participate in the "free tires" program, which is such good value. The service dept. is clean, the waiting area is huge and provides options to sit quietly or work, (you are not just accosted by obnoxious TV!) There is also a shuttle service, which has been invaluable. I would recommend Earl Stewart with no reservations.

Never left a review before on anything but this made me want to complain about them. I’m suppose to have free oil changes with purchasing my vehicle from them but I would rather spend $50 for a 30 min oil change rather then wait 3 hours for a free one. Estimate wait time was an hour not once did they let me know it was going to be longer. I won’t be back for any more service because it’s not worth it based on the poor service this one time.

This my first review, but I feel compelled to do it because the Service Department (Thank you, Jon!) took care of me in a desperate moment. On my way to Jupiter on the 95 N, a light came on my very beloved ever reliable trusty 14 year Toyota, warning of oil temperature. I pulled over at the first opportunity. Smoke was coming from the engine. Earl Stewart was 3.9 miles away. I called at 1:30 pm, and was told that they were extremely busy, but would work me in. They are a family business. They saved my car. Another Toyota in southern FL had overfilled my transmission oil by at least 2 quarts. The

Amazing experience. Steve my salesman, who I actually call my customer information assistant, didn't sell me anything. He gave me all the necessary information I needed and guided me through the process and was extremely honest and forward about the status of new cars nationwide. Fortunately I was able to find something that I liked and as soon as it arrived at the dealership I made my purchase. It was simple and smooth. Getting an oil change is always a chore and something you’re not really excited to do, but upon arriving I was greeting with a extremely upbeat and hilarious gentlemen named Kevin. He clearly loves his job/life and just put everyone around him in a better mood. He is a real asset to this dealership. The other staff was also friendly and the waiting room was lovely with its fish tank. Overall, very pleasant experience and I will be back.

I am a photojournalist and I travel a lot. On Monday, the check engine light came on in my 2016 Toyota Corolla while I was on I-95 in Boynton Beach. I was able to drive to the Boynton Mall and I called AAA and I called Travis at Earl Stewart and told him it would be headed towards him on tow truck. He said I didn't have to go with it. That was at 9 a.m.

AAA never came. Around 1 pm I called Travis again. He gave the number of the company they use to tow cars. The tow truck was there within 45 minutes.

Travis called me Tuesday morning and told me the transmission was dead. I had a choice

Just writing you to let everyone know I will never be buying from their dealership again. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Earl Stewart but after hearing about their new Covid 19 policy for your employees which I find horribly divisive and segregating I will never step foot in their dealership again. It's not a companies business to know what a person chooses to do for their health or what's best for them. That is for them and their doctor. For them to treat vaccinated and unvaccinated employees differently is disgusting. please spread the word.

I have the best experience ever buying a new car at Earl Stewart Toyota, zero drama, they are very professional and friendly. Marlene is the best sales rep ever, we all need to learn from her, she went beyond and over to make me feel 100% satisfied with my purchase. The financial guy Andi is the best, very patient and explained everything to me. I am very satisfied with them, I highly recommend this dealer and of course Marlene. Do not go to Earl Stewart if you want quality customer service. These employees seem to hate their job and even told me "they dont get paid enough" to help me when my car was towed there. Thats not even the half of it. They hung up on me several times and tried to charge me $2100 to fix my front end when i was told it was under warranty. I took my car somewhere else. I bought my car there for 36k and got nothing but terrible service. I regret ever going there. I suggest going somewhere else if you want service.

I honestly believe they would sell more cars if they stopped offering service. I was perfectly satisfied with my buying experience (Thanks Hugh) but the service department was so poor I will never buy from them again.

Service is painfully slow. I have never left in under two hours, including the times I came in for a 5,000 mile tire rotation (gotta do it if you want the free tires).

Also, if you call your service adviser (at least my 25,000 mile adviser) and leave a message, don't expect a return call. I won't say his name in the review, but you would think with a name like his you

I can't give enough praise to those involved in my recent purchase, Clemens my salesperson and Jason his sales manager. First let me say what a breath of fresh air it is to enter a dealership that is transparent, upfront and has friendly knowledgeable staff. On Tuesday, picked up a new 2021 Toyota Camry, thanks to all the staff, sales person Jon Gormley, business office etc. This is about the 6th car i have gotten at Earl Stewart Toyota, all from Jon, and as usual, experience was great, set everything up before i made the 1 hour drive to the dealership, was in and out in about 1.5 hours. I cannot say that about any other dealer i have worked with in the state of Florida. Thanks again to all!!

Dear Mr. Earl Stewart, I write to express my experience with your North Palm Beach location. If I could give less than one star I would. This was the worst service experience I've ever had!!! I currently own a Toyota Corolla and have been extremely pleased with the quality of this vehicle that has served me for several years. I also own a 2014 Nissan Altima which recently has a Serpentine Belt break. Your dealership advertises that it sells and services all vehicle makes and models. Exceptional service. Haven't had one bad experience yet. Of course it's pricey to pay a dealer for service (even with a warranty) but the service advisor I have dealt with - Randy- has been honest and so helpful, it's worth every penny!!!

Took care of my girlfriend's Toyota RAV4 several times when it has had issues. After just under 3 years of ownership of this new vehicle, it has had multiple problems. Not a good sign from Toyota.

Despite the vehicle having so many issues early on, this particular location is outstanding. The last visit was especially speedy, and the wait time was half of what was expected (1.5 hours). Their service techs are very efficient, that's for sure! Issue was fixed promptly, and from what I can see, a job well done!

This place is very organized with there appointments. When I came they were a little backed up on there work. They got me out as soon as possible. Staff was very friendly and with a sense of humor. In the waiting area, they have coffee (big variety of coffees), with bagels , and a popcorn Machine. Every table has outlets and usb connection for phones or laptops. Very impressed.

I just downgraded my rating of Earl Stewart. This is about the 27th time that I have driven all the way from Boca Raton ( about an hour); just to do my routine service on my 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The renovations to the facility and waiting area are beautiful; but the area where free drinks and popcorn are given to those waiting was disappointing. There was no water in the coffee machine and there was no fresh popcorn. I had to wait an hour and a half just for an oil change. Sometimes it is the little things that make a difference.
