ClearView LLC services, repairs and provides maintenance on all types of sprinkler systems. We have decades of experience troubleshooting and repairing sprinkler systems. Our customers recognize our expertise and we receive referrals on a regular basis. We repair all parts of your irrigation system.
We treat every surface uniquely. That means carefully selecting just the right pressure, water flow and commercial grade solutions for each surface. Every solution we select is environmentally safe and biodegradable. Soft washing is safe, effect and a smart way to renew, clean and refresh your home.
We are dependable and will be there as scheduled. We will treat your property with the utmost respect and keep it clean as we work. We do not use dish soap like most of other companies. It is cheap but it leaves a film on windows that dirt clings to. We use a commercial solution that is designed specifically for cleaning glass and window films using a squeegee.
Rust comes from a variety of sources, mainly from metals, fertilizers and water that contain iron. If untreated it will spread through the concrete. We can remove 80-99% of it depending on the source and age of the stain. It is amazing! The problem with most rust removers on the market is that they contain acids that "eat" the concrete.

This review is only is regards to service. ClearView was quick to set an appointment to check out our sprinkler issue. They came out and seemed to be very thorough in their review. After that, we never heard from them again. We chose another service provider from Yelp that was also quick to set an appointment and sent us their quote the next day.

I had Ryan and Alan. These guys are pros. I had a mess on my blacktop driveway from a drain overflow from all the rain we had early summer that I could not lift off with my own pressure washer. By the time I got home from work I couldn't see the mud or oil stains on the blacktop, my garage door looked brand new, and my sidewalks were blindingly bright.
I've always believed you get what you pay for when it comes to quality, I'd say I got a bit more than that.
