The Dubs Company was established in 1984 to provide construction management services to clients throughout the Chicagoland area, specializing in commercial office space build-outs. Several years later we expanded our services into the public market, working on schools, municipal buildings and government housing.
The Dubs Company has over 30 years of experience with a wide variety of projects, ranging from new commercial development, build outs, and facility renovations. We offer a broad range of services to fit the needs of our clients, including preconstruction, general contracting, construction management, general construction and design-build.
The Dubs Company is committed to serving the Dialysis industries construction needs in whatever way we can. The Dubs Company has built more than 150 dialysis facilities in 20 states, either new de novo build-out projects, remodeling and ground-up. We have extensive experience in managing renovations while a facility is operational.
