If 0 was an option, we would pick that ....DONT CALL OR USE this worthless family
They took weeks to respond, then sent us a text, instead of who they meant to send too, asking for more money.
The son came out, said he could do the job in 2 days since very easy
Piece of crap didn't show up. Didn't respond to call or several texts...then was so unprofessional when he finally responded saying he wasn't going to beg for work

We hired O'Brien floor installation to install 1100' of EVP flooring and molding in our house. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make everything just look perfect. They were also everything you could want in a contract crew, responsive, professional, and very efficient with their time. Thank you Alan! I have LVP floors that were separating and Alan has an eye for detail, does the job right, is courteous, polite, extremely hardworking (even came out despite back pain because he said he would). Now I have floors that are installed properly and I am not worried about them moving again. And the price didn't sting as badly as it could have. He is a pro at a do it yourself budget, he was frugal with my extra planks and reused everything he could first. Plus he loves fishing and has great tales about the wonders of the world. THANK YOU. Five years ago bamboo and cork were installed in my home by Mr. O'Brien and his son. Today the floor is buckling in 2 rooms, there are 2 cigarette burns on the floor, and 3 patches of the cork were installed incorrectly. This used to be a very good floor installation company. No longer. Sad that they have lost their pride in doing good work.
