We've used Sunny Service for almost exactly one year and have been very pleased with our various experiences, but we particularly want to recognize Michael for the kindness and professionalism he displayed during his recent repair call to our home. If we could request a technician every time, we would ask for him. Overall, Sunny Service has proven reputable, transparent, and competitive. Austin took his time explaining everything he was going to be doing to my Heating System. Once he was finished, he showed me what he did, made recommendations on what needed to be taken care of in the near future, and even sent me pictures he had taken of the work that needed to be done. He had prices for me as well. With four dogs in the house, the Unit gets pretty dirty, so I know all these things will need my attention. In the future I will be requesting Austin be the Technician who comes out to take care of both Heating and AC maintenance. I highly recommend Sunny Service!!

Michael came out to service our oldest AC/Heat pump unit that was making rattling noises when operating. He was thorough in his inspection of the entire system and clearly explained the issues, the repair options and cost as well as recommendation for replacement.
We used Sunny Service to replace our other units and are very well satisfied with their knowledge and expertise.

Full system installed. Loved the product choices they had, enjoyed the technical knowledge they provided at consultation. I'll be honest and say we were just going to use them as a second opinion, but their knowledge of the industry swayed us to choose them. Todd, Alfonso and his team were on time, courteous and did a phenomenal job with our installation. I would recommend these guys 10x over. Their second opinion ended up saving us a lot of money and I feel like we got a superior product.

Matt and his team were wonderful! They were on time, friendly and informative. Matt walked us through what they were going to do that day and gave an accurate timeline. Matt and his team were courteous and cleaned up when they were done, you wouldn't have know they were there working all day once they were gone. Brandon completed a very through inspection of HVAC, even reapplied wire the correct way to avoid any mechanical problems.
After he did his mechanical inspection, our hvac blowing at 58-60 degrees compared to nearly 75-78 before he arrived.

From the first phone call for a dead AC on a 95 degree day, to the repairman Austin coming over, the process was fast and easy!!! This company has a five star rating for a good reason and we signed up for a maintenance membership after this issue was repaired. Replace a 19-year-old unit with a Lennox AC (4 ton) and furnace. The air temperature inside my home is amazing. The crew at Sunny Service did an amazing install to get the new system up and running in late July in Texas when the temperature was 102 with a heat index of 108. Cleaned up inside and out along with hauling off old systems and components. The difference in air comfort and the low noise of the compressor is night and day compared to the old unit that I replace. For now, extremely happy. I needed one of the two units I had checked out. The young man was very thorough. He explained all the different readings from the meter to me and spent a good amount of time at my house. I also asked him to check the unit that was working. He did the same thorough job. I had them replace both units and their installation is top notch. Everything is shiny and new. Since Covid lockdown in March 2020, my family had not been able to get our central air checked out by a tech. We were worried since the winter storm of 2021 occurred and all the crazy rain thats been taking place. Enter Sunny's Service, who my sister had found on Yelp and liked the good reviews that accompanied it. We were promptly scheduled for an appointment. Jon came out today to fix a problem with my AC, and he was great. He found the problem, fixed it, cleaned everything up after, and checked everything to be sure there weren’t additional problems looming. Then he showed me pictures of the stuff he found and what he fixed. He was just the nicest guy as well as being extremely capable and efficient. I recommend them without reservation if you ever have HVac problems.

Sunny Service came and performed some duct cleaning for us. With a new baby in the house (and knowing it is far from a new house) we realized it was a wise investment. Their crew of 3 was very respectful and efficient during their time spent cleaning the various areas of duct throughout our 2 story house. We had a very old unit, 12 Seers I believe, that needed to be updated. We went through Costco and they sent out Sunny Service. I am more than pleased with the professionalism, price, and attention given us by every person involved in new installation.
