We offer training practices that are decades old. All of our movers have taken & passed these courses. It is imperative to the safety of those involved in the moving process. For banks and financial companies, contact them directly to let them know you've moved. 2 Transfer your utilities and services. Change electricity, gas, water, cable, phone and Internet to your new address. Most utilities let you sign up for service or change your existing service online, or you can use websites that let you hook up all of your utilities online.

We were given an estimate to move a 4 bedroom house across town and told to expect a crew of 5 guys and told it would take 1 day. 3 guys showed up over an hour late, loaded our belongings and took over an hour to get to the new house about 10 miles away. It started raining around 230 and they told me they couldn't unload and would have to come back the next day. They again told me they'd have 5 and it would go much more quickly the next day. When they returned there were again only 3 movers. One was different than the day before and we very rude and careless with our items. Multiple

In June, we contracted with H Johnson moving and storage. We sold our home in NKY and were moving back across the river to Cincinnati. There were a couple months in between selling and our new home being ready. Between June and August, H Johnson was purchased by Wayne and Family moving company. I still made all arrangements with H Johnson as if ownership had remained the same.
The major issues occurred on the move into our new home on August 11th. I had contacted H Johnson earlier in the week and confirmed that we were closing on the morning of the 11th and the truck

We moved in August from KY to IL, and we chose Wayne & Family Moving LLC because they are family company, and we heard only good words about them.
We didn't regret. Wayne Junior came to our apartment to look how much goods we have for moving and to provide an estimate. He gave to us his estimate based on the total weight of our goods. He gave to us normal and reasonable price.
We had to move for one day from Alexandria KY to Bensenville IL, so we had to start early with loading our furniture. We were afraid that Wayne's guys would not make it, but we were wrong. They showed up early in the morning

I'm so disappointed. We used them previously for an in town move but I guess I should have went somewhere else for an out of town move. They were 2 hours late to load the truck and now they are about 7 hours late to unload. All we have gotten is excuses and it's really put a huge dent in our already tight schedule. I would never recommend them to any of my friends after today.
