Until only resiliently the way most professional carpet and upholstery cleaners work is with using only one step, and many still do. Using their cleaning agents in a washing - cleaning - extraction process all in one. That meant the cleaning agent used would not be rinsed out at all. The dampness left behind to dry had the residue of the cleaning agent in it and some dirty water.

I called up 3 weeks prior to the service to schedule. The day of service, about a 1/2 hour before service, they canceled on us. This was upsetting. They also additionally mentioned that they couldn’t serve us till 4 days later. When we gave pushback on that they immediately said they had an appointment for the next day. We took it. We received confirmation of the appointment. The following day they canceled again. We mentioned to them that it was unacceptable to cancel on us 2 days in a row with short notice. They then tried to tell us that we canceled on them the 1st time ( which we did not

I was scheduled for a 9am appointment and at 8:45am Cliff arrived, Huge Plus! Cliff was very professional and thorough with my upholstery cleaning, a real asset to the company. It took him approximately an hour to clean our sofa, loveseat, & single chair. I will definitely use them again! Job Well Done! 👍🏾👍🏾
