I have to echo Keven Ondrak review. I being a former punch list superintendent for a construction company overseeing construction of 14 homes at one time before retirement. Ican honestly say I have never seen such shotty communication. A year n half to build a 3000sf.home is unacceptable I was first hand witness to the failure of communication from a contractor to his subs as Calloway had. They would show up or shall I say when they showed up it was often after 8am and most weeks fail to work a full week. On one occassion alcohol bottles were found laying around and when contractor was approached
