Our rugs are pretty " shot " pet stains and matted from foot traffic...John did a great job at a very fair ( with coupon ) price. John dors not seem to be into small talk lol...which is good because he got the job dome quickly and effectively.

John did a great job. He got up stains and moved more furniture than I thought he would. Another plus is that the carpeting is not saturated with liquid. It is damp but will probably dry by morning.

This place stinks. The owner has horrible customer service. Don't waste your time with this guy. He takes forever and does a sub-par job. When I tried to explain what my issue was he just couldn't understand...I don't know if I spoke to fast or used big words but he just didn't understand that he didn't do a quality job. Or to him sub par is okay.
