I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe from Raleigh Imports in March 2021. The experience was like no other car purchase. It was smooth & I was in & out in less than 2 hours.. Last week I had a pretty major issue occur with my car.. I called Kyle, he put me on hold for a hot sec & came with a solid solution! He didn’t go back & forth with me, didn’t reject me at all! He worked it out with such professionalism that I know when I’m ready, I’ll go right back there for another car! I’m happy, satisfied & driving the car I love!

Literally the best car sale experience ive had. We went shopping for a new family vehicle and found a perfect 2013 suburban for a GREAT price. Kyle helped us out thru every step ajd answered all questions we had. From my husband checking everything out on the vehicle to us owning it maybe took 2.5hrs(includingus going to get lunch with a infant!). Such a great experience! We will be sending all our friends here!

I just recently bought a 2001 Toyota 4 Runner from Raleigh Imports. The first time we test drove it, it broke down. Key stuck in ignition. They called me back and let me know that they fixed it, which it drove great afterwards, no issues. The rear hatch wasn't opening so they fixed that for me, and I did ask for some better used tires to make it past next inspection. Apparently they could not get any used tires of the same quality, so they gave me a weak $200 check, despite promising better ones. Maybe a month later, it mysteriously breaks down. First, it was a fuel issue. Replaced the fuel pump

Stay away! I needed an old, small pickup to do community service work. They has a 2001 S-10 that appeared to be in reasonable shape with a good Carfax. The office is full of love, respect, caring signs but this dealership doesn't subscribe to these principles. I bought at asking price because it included a 90 day warranty and I was told by AJ that I could take the truck to any mechanic to get repairs done. I had a rear end problem and an indicator light problem and AJ offered to have his mechanic look at it. They kept the truck for a week and failed to fix the issue. I took it my mechanic

Fire N. I both a vehicle with thousand problems that I can even explain, my worst experience in buying car. They send me to their unexperienced mechanic it was a hell, the problem still there. The owner is another late business personel with 1960 mentality. I believe the only person that understand business may be his son other that that I wouldn

When I talked to them yesterday morning, they emphasized that they don't hold cars for anyone, and that their policy is "first come, first serve". I said fine, and started to make arrangements to get a pre-purchase inspection done at a local mechanic. That's when they started to try to stall. He told me that he would call me back yesterday before they closed. Never heard back, so I called this morning, and he tells me that he DID call me back yesterday, and had a conversation with me telling me that he had a guy coming to buy the car on Friday (this call/conversation never happened
