I hired this company in Dec 2018 to handle repairs to a rental property damaged due to hurricane Michael in Oct 2018. Branam James didn't even start any repairs until well over a year later beginning March to April 2020. The property and further repair incomplete and untouched ever since. Now, not only were the repairs incomplete but new damage discovered in 2021, none of which have been addressed and it is now Feb 2022. The biggest mistake I made was in hiring Branam James.

Jimmy and Crew really took care of us on our commercial remodel. Good Communication , competitive pricing, and took all my little add on requests without hesitation. This Project was done from a distance i am in Minnesota and jimmy was very accommodating and helpful considering i was not local to deal with in person on a regular basis

Almost a year later and still waiting on our Florida room to be redone. Jimmy comes out and did our estimate and told us many things he's not been able or willing to deliver on to the job started... "once we get going it will be quick" he told me... another in a long list of inaccuracies. Now the drywall has been ready to install for over 2 months and they will not get back to me even though they've been paid. There's also issues with the work they've already done. I attached some photos of the stucco and soffit issues. Also, they don't perform any of the work themselves, they use subcontractors

Insurance company sent them for a comparative estimate due to a house fire. Very poor scheduling. First they canceled the first appointment because he forgot he had class, or so they said, so we took their next availability 6/1/21 @11:30 am. It is now 1:15 and he finally showed up. Was told they would be here in 30 min at 11:38, but spoke with Jimmy and he said he was in South Orlando. Not sure how he can get to Ocala that fast. So I guess we can add not being honest to the list of complaints. Also there were numerous issues with his original estimate is why he had to come back. Even put a 30 gallon

After having a Roofing Company ruin our home due to the negligence of removing too many shingles at one time and not having a tarp, IT RAINED IN OUR HOME! We had a ton of water damage. Our floors buckled immediately, there was 88-100% of moisture in multiple walls, and we had several ceilings water soaked, and brown water spots all over several ceilings. This company was referred by my home owner insurance. They deliberate lied to my claims adjuster about contacting me in order to set up and appointment for weeks. When questioned the receptionist admitted she has the tendency to miss dial numbers. #clue 1 to run. Then we scheduled for today. I sat at home waiting only to recognize that their contractor had come and gone. I called and ask why wasn't a simple call given that they were on there way or down stairs knocking, keep in mind this is a two story home. We don't always hear when someone knocks. The receptionist got really snotty
