Person came to the front door walked in like he lived here and then introduced himself. Website doesn’t tell you how the company cleans upholstery, but he said it was mostly water. After spraying the chairs they were then vacuumed. Too bad my wet carpet wasn’t vacuumed, left it wet. After everything dried after about two hours, the upholstery did look brighter and smelled fresh.

I sent my request to Blue Ribbon Carpet Cleaning and got a response from Eric to let me know they had received my request. We got an appointment when I requested. Eric was very professional and did a very good job cleaning our carpet. We had moved all of the furniture off the carpet that we could and he cleaned around the rest. Very reasonable price. I will for sure use them again.

Very courteous, personable and professional. Explained about some areas in detail. They first walked through and looked at each room.When I did our research and contacted them, they quickly returned contact. They were very accomodating to our schedule. Our carpet looks great. We had previously used a couple of well known companies and it was like the carpet hadn't been touched.
