For over 43 years, Folino Construction has been a leader in the construction industry in Western Pennsylvania. Anthony D. Folino is President of A. Folino Construction, Inc. He started his career in 1967 working for his father as a general contractor. In 1971 he took over the family business moving into his father's position of President. The original company, Anthony Folino General Contracting, provided a multitude of services in the Greater Pittsburgh area.

Woke up to company vehicles parked in the middle of my yard. Employees congregating in my yard. Employee vehicles and company vehicles illegally parked along the street with clearly marked no parking signs blocking access. If this review isn’t enough to discourage you from this company, just read all the other stellar reviews out there.

So tired of this construction company outside every morning starting at 6:30 am waking up our neighborhood. I honestly don't think that we have gotten decent sleep since last year because of the noise. They started at 7 am today on a Saturday morning. They shouldn't be making that much noise on a weekend in a residential area.

It was a pleasant surprise to see Folino marking our street with plans to mill and repave! My street is a little, forgotten about dead end road that hasn't been paved in 30 years (according to my neighbor). I spoke with the guy who was marking everything and he said that it would be one crew who would mill the street and then another would come back to pave it. I thought that they worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job and I'm still amazed that this actually happened.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, Folino and its employees are grossly unprofessional, sloppy, and intrusive. They are replacing pipes under Greenfield Ave and have blocked all entrances and exits from the Greenfield neighborhood simultaneously. This has all been done without any consideration to local residents. Folino represents the most unpleasant, worthless dregs of Pittsburgh. All city residents would be better off without these parasites.

Absolute garbage company. They take on more projects than they can handle which leads to projects being drawn out over months and months and months! Very unprofessional and disrespectful company and team. They’ve been doing construction directly in front of my house for last three months at least!! Super inconsiderate to the residents. Terrible company.

PWSA was using this business for their lead pipe replacement. When they replaced mine there were two lines coming off the main. They replaced mine and then capped the other without investigating where the other went. Long story short after having different workers come into my house during a pandemic the capped pipe belonged to my neighbor behind me. They now didn't have water.

Folino Construction has been doing the restorative work for PWSA in my neighborhood. They have no parking signs up on my street, the street behind us, and the street beside us. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. I've seen them on my block of the street maybe 3-4 days, but we are having to continually shuffle our cars each morning. They also left energy drink cans and wrappers on my wall after working in front of my house. I called PWSA to complain and they took the complaint. There seems to be so many people dissatisfied with there work I think people only complain when somethings go wrong. But what about all the people that they have pleased. The job these guy did for me was such a good job i just figured out how to post here. Here are some photos of there great work. I think these guys are just really hard workers and they get up every day and do it again. They did a great job on my property. Like many others, I had damage to my vehicle from road work. The company required three estimates which I spent time and money obtaining. We sent in the estimates over four months ago we still haven't heard back. We've left messages and not received any return calls. We have recently filed with the BBB and A. Folino Construction has not responded to them either. I don't understand why they haven't turned in the $500 insurance claim but it seems to be a pattern. I suggest steering clear of this company based on their lack of customer service and shady practices.
