Very nice guys and have used them before. Overall very good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the spots and some areas of stuck food in some places on floor in kitchen. I know they would have come back, but I just spot cleaned it. I don’t know if the floor cleaner would have even gotten it a second time. I scraped it off by hand. Nice reliable guys and always very professional.

I used Bolton's for the first time this weekend. Scheduling my appointment was easy and they arrived exactly on time. I had some areas of my carpet that had been badly repaired previously by another company and they fixed them perfectly. My carpet was cleaned and looks new again. The Bolton team was excellent, friendly and worked a miracle on the damaged carpet. Thank you!!!

They communicate updates regularly, such as reminders of the approaching appointment, en route, and arrived.
My carpet has been thoroughly "annointed" by 2 dogs, and Bolton's treatment has had a huge impact on dog.. aroma..
I keep calling Bolton's because they are fast and efficient, and I feel that I get my money's worth.

I feel I just made a new friend. Paul showed up on time and he went far above the call of duty. He help me move a refrigerator and a bedroom set to the garage. I would highly recommend this company. A+ service! I was referred to Bolton's Carpet cleaning and couldn't be more happier. I have a light colored carpet with numirious spots. Doggy pee stains, baby bottle drippings, red juice stains, you name it, it was in my carpet. Excellent job! I'm so pleased and proud. They stand behind their service and encourage you to let them know if they missed anything. I also had a mattress steamed cleaned with great results. Thank you Bolton's for the breath of fresh air you put back into my home.
