The technician was friendly and competent. He worked as fast as necessary, but not too fast. He found the problem quickly and replaced the part. He then a general ckevk of the sustem and found a potential problem and fixed it and explained why it could cause future issues.
He is a nice guy and when needed in the future i will call on your company. Also the cost was reasonable and I appreciate that.

Eric performed maintenance on the heating system by changing the furnace filters and examining the furnace components to ensure that everything was ready for the upcoming winter season. He was very punctual, friendly, and efficient. Prudhom honored our one-year service agreement we had made last summer.

Don’t think we would use anyone but Prudhom for anything related to heat & air, and think their service guys are great. We are always very happy with the work they do. When some of the other guys told us we needed a whole new unit several years ago, we decided to try Prudhom. They repaired the unit, didn’t try to play games to get us to buy a new one, and we’ve been loyal customers ever since. Their service pro, Dustin just left our home for repair and service, and as usual, he was great! Trust these guys to take good care of you.
