Sea-Tech Construction
Serving Broward and Palm Beach counties since 1990, Sea Tech Construction, Inc. continues to set the standard for marine construction projects in our industry by offering efficient, organized service while delivering quality construction at competitive prices. Maintaining, repairing and often times replacing South Florida seawalls and docks requires special knowledge that only a local marine construction contractor can provide.

We start and complete our projects "in house", meaning that the initial visit to your location is a qualified Sea Tech Construction estimator who will thoroughly inspect your project and provide an estimate at no cost. Our "in house" permitting department begins the process and submits the applications, surveys and extensive environmental paper work often required for marine construction projects.
Services
Many of our area seawalls are now entering their "golden years"; yes, seawalls do have an expected life span and several of the walls in the area are now over 50 years old! When repairs are no longer an acceptable option for a homeowner, the strongest protection for your water front property is a pre cast concrete batter piling and king piling seawall.
It is critical for water front homeowners to take care of the needs of an aging seawall to ensure the strength and stability it provides. Our Florida rain storms and boat activity on the canals steadily erode walls from the land and waterside. Maintenance repairs such as T Pile seam sealing and Coral Rock Wall facing are suggested every three to five years or as needed.
Condominium and marina projects often require extensive permitting and coordinating between homeowners, boat owners and management. Sea Tech Construction has completed numerous seawall and dock repairs for local condominium associations and has established relationships with several property management companies.
Depending on your type of seawall, the backfill may be leaking through your T Piling seam seals, or through the rock face of your seawall. In more severe cases, it may be leaking out underneath the wall panels due to insufficient penetration into the canal berm. Every 3 years is typically adequate unless you observe an unusual amount of fill loss, sudden movement or bowing in the wall.
A knowledgeable Sea Tech Construction inspector can often detect the beginning of a problem that can be taken care of simply before the repair turns into replacement! Free in water inspections are offered to water front home owners who suspect that a problem is occurring regarding their seawall.

Sea-Tech did a full seawall upgrade for us, with a new cap and concrete dock. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. The project was on time and was completed perfectly. Very professional team, great communication. I can highly recommend them. Thanks for a job well done.

Contracted with Sea Tech to rebuild a dock in May. Still in permitting with the city as of January due to the unresponsiveness of Sea Tech to address simple requests from the city for additional information. Have reached out multiple times for status and never get any response from the company representatives. We will be cancelling our contract and going with someone else. Do not use this company!

We had an major issue with our Sea Wall and contacted pervious two sea wall companies which never got a call back. We asked a neighbor for a recommendation and they suggested Sea Tech Construction. With in days Anthony and Chris were on the property accessing the issues, a proposal, which was very fair, arrived and approved. Coral, the office manager, was quickly set up an appointment with a confirmed day and window time frame. Kyle and his co worker arrived promptly, again surprise! Kyle, with a very professional approach explained what and how he will correct the failing footer. Kyle set up his

EDIT to respond to Sea Tech's comments: The inspector was explicitly asked if he had a mask to put on. Explicitly. His response, as I noted below, was simply "No." The rest of the response barely merits any comments from me. The defensiveness speaks for itself. A company that does not own up to its own mistakes or offer to make things right is a pretty clear sign of priorities.
Original review:
Did not experience the unresponsiveness others have reported, but perhaps because we had such an unpleasant introduction we chose to go with someone else. Had an inspection from a Sea Tech rep. Guy arrived

Best experience ever. Bryce was in constant contact with us regarding the permit and always responded quickly to any questions we had. As soon as the permit was issued we were scheduled immediately for the install of our boat lift. It was a smooth process from beginning to end and I highly recommend Sea-Tech Construction.

Buyer Beware!!!!
I contracted with Sea tech construction in 2015. I was told the entire job would take one year including time for permits.
2 1/2 years later nothing has been done...
They have done absolutely no work and as of today I have yet to ever receive a piece of correspondence from them. I made the mistake of giving them a $5000 deposit which I will likely have to sue them to recover.
Before you consider using this company send them a certified letter if they never except it you have a very good indication that you will not be happy with the outcome.
They do not return phone calls

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I have been working with Sea Tech for over ten months now and still do not have a permit. At first, they told me it would take four months to get a permit so I gave them the time to obtain the permit. After four months, I contacted them to get an update and they would not return my calls and I came to find out nothing had been done. This was the start to my ten month nightmare. To date, I still have no permit; Sea Tech will not return my phone calls or emails so I’m looking for another contractor. At this point, I just need a new

The guys over at Sea- Tech are awesome. As a Realtor it is always nice to have a reliable Seawall company to confidently recommend to my clients. They do the job right the first time. The were recommended to me by my neighbor in Lighthouse Point. Sea Tech fixed my Sea-Wall, and drove some piles for my new deck. I will continue to recommend them to my clients and neighbors.
