Haskell Termite & Pest

A Sales rep came to my house. I pointed to 1 hole on the ceiling made by wooden termites. While there, the sales rep noticed multiple holes and recommended spot treatment. The tech came out and only treated 1 hole. He did not look for further holes that his colleague discovered. He did fume the attic, but it did not reach the termite area. They refused to come back to treat the other areas. They made an easy $250. Thats no way to run a company. On top of that, the tech asked if we had a ladder he could use Unreal.

We had a warranty with the purchase of our new home, to get a yearly inspection we had to prepay for the upcoming year. Which will start Nov 2021 we had to pay upfront (in August), which we paid, then we found out they only cover flying termites, so we told them we are not going to use their services starting NOV 2021 and we want a refund. They said " you have a contract and we are not refunding" We NEVER signed anything. service has not started yet but they are still refusing to refund. Their customer service is horrendous!! I spoke to Janet multiple times and she's incredibly rude. I called because I was able to see a key was left in my door through the security cameras. When I explained to her that I could see that a key was left in my door she replied with "it's a 3 day process it's only day two the guys will be back tomorrow" she made zero effort to address the keys left hanging in the door. I can’t speak for other people, only my review. My wife and I found out that we had termites, from another inspector, 2 months after we closed on our home. We got in touch with Rick, who was nothing but great. He’s efficient, easy going, fair, and overall said what the company followed through. We tried to do our due diligence and help with removing, opening doors, and preparing for the fumigation. Everything was ready Sunday night and by Wednesday afternoon we were allowed to return. Terrible service. They don't return phone calls, and when you finally get them on the phone, they're rude.
Shady business practices—they allowed my warranty to expire without notice, then told me it was my fault for not sending a check. I said who sends a check without an invoice? Oh well, I guess that's my problem.

Unfortunately our association is under contract with Haskell. We have been trying to get a treatment for live termites in our building and the best they can do is send a rep to inspect over 10 business days later. They have not returned messages left, nor have any interest in speeding up their process to take care of live and active termites causing damage to the property. If you are at all interested in profession, prudent service, take your money elsewhere!

This company tented my house some 4-5 years ago. I paid them the annual renewal on the contract and suddenly I realized that I did not get a bill for renewal. I called the company and I am told they no longer service this area. So in essence they took my money after tenting my house when there was little to no chance of needing another treatment and then as the years progressed when they are exposed to having to do work, presto they are nowhere to be found. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Unresponsive. Unreliable. I had problems with them from the day they tented my home. I'll spare the details, but they are a mess of a company. They don't return your phone calls, they don't confirm appointments or keep you updated on the process. When my home was cleared for me to return, THEY CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER AND LEFT A VM, so I spent an extra day just sitting around waiting for someone to call me so that I could go home!
My favorite part, however is how they left an electrical wire hanging from a tree and took 3 days to come back and fix it. I am currently

Horrible. Send you a bill quarterly whether or not they actually come and spray or not. No centralized scheduling so you the customer are tasked with remembering and then repeat calling whatever "independent contractor" you are assigned to schedule your service each quarter. So if you forget to call and schedule your service you are still billed for it which they do not waive even though no services was actually rendered.

I think is more a scam service than anything.

Your employees are a holes truck 132 was at the Thorntons gas station and as I pulled past them, the guy in the passenger side with a tatooo on his right leg, flung his door open almost hitting my car while still moving and they both started laughing, then he stared at me like he wanted me to fight him, if this is how they act in public, I would never hire them.

Efficient, effective and trustworthy. After using them, I paid the annual insurance in case the drywood termites came back. When they did come back, Haskell promptly re-tented the house - no arguing, no cost to me.

Made me wait over a week for appointments only to not take care of my issue. I had an animal living in my attic that they tried to trap unsuccessfully. The technician who came out told me to leave my attic open and my garage open and hopefully the animal would leave on its own. They were completely disrespectful of my time, coming 5 hours after my scheduled appointment time and leading to my missing an entire day of work. Would not recommend.

This company TWICE tented my elderly parents home for bedbugs taking their money TWICE with in 3-4 months knowing nothing kills bedbugs but heat. Instead of telling my mother chemicals will NOT kill bed bugs and referr her to a company that GUARANTEES killing bed bugs they took my elderly parents money who are on a fixed income. We are contractor's and have used this company for years on homes we remodel and have referred their services to hundreds of people including various local realtors who now use them.

Called them a few days ago and inquired about regular service at our personal home and we're given what we thought was a decent price for yearly service.

Awful service! I was expected to cancel with 60 days notice on a month to month contract after the initial year on my contract was up. In the end I paid for a quarter of pest control I didn't even need or receive. Avoid these guys...awful way to treat a customer of 2 years.

We've had good experiences with this company so far. Had them tent our house a year ago for a bad termite infestation and haven't had any issues so far. They come by every quarter and spray for pests too and have been consistently friendly.

Avoid this company. Had service contacts with them for a year. Completed our contract and called to pay last invoice and informed them that I was canceling service (in their defense, I had no issue with the service but wanted to consolidate with the company who held the termite warranty on our house for simplicity and savings). Yesterday, we receive a call saying the technician will be out today to spray. The person who did our service was good how ever, we had a Yellow Jacket nest over a foot round and 1 on the tree. The next day they returned and was called again. This happened 2 more times, for the $250 they charged they never fixed the problem, they should have at least fixed it for what they charged.
