Michael S. Koval formed Koval Construction in 1980 after working for five years in the construction industry. Mike served as sole proprietor and General Contractor and became Incorporated in the State of Maryland in 1986. Koval Construction has held a Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license for over 30 years.
