We had a metal roof installed by a another company about 7 years ago and we have add several instances of roof leaks ever since. It turns out it wasn't installed properly. We had premier builders come out a couple of years ago and tighten up a few things and the leaks persisted so we called them out again. The recommendation was to remove the metal and repair the roof properly. They arrived on the day contracted and on time. The roof was removed, the rot areas cut out and replaced with new plywood. They applied an ice and water shield underlayment which will also help with the leaks an seal around

I am an out of state owner who rents this property. My property manager has been telling me the roof needed to be replaced. I like to do my own due diligence and did so quite thoroughly. I was impressed with all of the reviews of the 3 companies I chose to look at, but it came down 2, Premier and 1 other company. One company wanted to run it through my homeowners insurance for hail and wind damage and would cost me my deductible only. Tempting, but not feeling good about it. I called Premier back months later and spoke with Robin K. Shared my story with her and asked if John would please go back

Premier Builders is an extremely knowledgeable, honest, and efficient company to work with. The prices are very competitive, the work is top notch, and they go above and beyond to correct issues that they found in the process from previous installers that were incorrect, ignored, and/or needed. They left the work area clean and free of debris at completion. I've already spoken with them to do an additional project and look forward to working with them again.

Two or three years ago I watched Premier Builders install roofs on two of our neighbors' houses. While watching the progress I had a chance to talk with John about how the work would be done. I was very impressed with his thoroughness with the job.
Recently I noticed we were having some issues with torn shingles at the edge of the roof along with some rainwater leaking into the soffit. I thought I could handle the repair myself but when I got up to the roof and saw what was going on I knew that fixing it was beyond my capability.

We had 7 estimates done; John is the only one who measured our home the old fashion way; ladder, climb, done. Rests of the estimators’ were with drones and told us what we do not need from our list of requirements! You never tell a customer what they do not need in their home!

These guys are AMAZING! They were recommended to us from a friend & we couldn’t be happier.

The roofers finished a replacement—gutted, repaired damaged wood, and installed new shingles in <2-days.

Now, I am one of those people who have had a roof done wrong a couple of times. “Once burnt, twice shy” the saying goes... But twice burnt- I couldn’t find a roofer to trust when I needed one after the hail damage in 2016, so I didn’t get it done even though Insurance would have picked up the tab.
