Steve and his team at Outdoor Image did an outstanding job without our Outdoor Grill Build and Back Door Replacement. The project was completed in a timely manner, with professional courtesy throughout, and on budget. One reason we wanted Outdoor Image was because of their outstanding work constructing our Patio Cover in 2005. We were concerned their bid would be too high, but their estimate actually came lower than competitors, making it an easy choice. Another concern was that our project could seem a little small, considering other projects they do. But Steve is 110% customer focused, very accommodating

We previously hired Outer Image in the summer of 2011 for a backyard pergola, patio, and a fire pit, as well as a redesign of our front entry. That project was on budget and on schedule and because of this, the project was very successful. My wife and I both have keen attention to detail and everything was completed with utter satisfaction. We continually were complimented on the overall design of our property and this was due to Steve and his creativity. My wife and I loved working with Steve, he was very friendly and helped us get the Outdoor Kitchen of our dreams! He had great suggestions to help us stay within budget which is a rare find. He wanted us to be happy with our finished project and we appreciate that! Our backyard is a beautiful retreat after a long day and our home has become the favorite amongst all of our friends! We wanted to follow up on our outcome of dealing with this company....spoke with Mr. Nedd to get our fee back. He refused to refund our money, he did not finish any design ( after 6 months), and he said it would cost more to sue him to recover our fee than the fee itself. He was at least honest and correct about that. We have since hired another firm that created ( at no charge ) and installed our "dream" on the lake. We'd highly suggest hiring someone else to avoid a messy nightmare with this firm.

Steve and his entire team are professional, personable, always on time, and communicative. Steve was very patient with me as I changed my mind again ... and again ... and again on what I wanted. If something wasn’t just right, he made it right immediately. We had a wooden deck ripped out and replaced with concrete and his design completely changed the look of our back yard. Now of course I want the rest done and I will absolutely use Steve again! He’s the best!

We had a back patio put in, and they did a fantastic job. They were very patient and supportive with the design of the patio, and Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful though the whole process. The job was completed on schedule, and the cost of the job was consistent with the original quote. It was a refreshing experience after various issues with contractors in the past.

We paid 3.5K for a complete set of design plans for an outdoor living area at our second home back in February 2018 ( Oh, and that's just for 2D not 3D). Have only met with Mr. Nedd 2 times to do revisions since we paid them. It is now August and still no plans. But wait, it gets worse...we were told at the end of July that they would not even finish them and for us to log on to some website see our unfinished plans. WOW, super horrible and unprofessional! The first guestimate was around 75K (quoted via email) prior to hiring them, but then it went to over 200K with add on's . Difficult to deal

We hired the company to build a covered patio as an add on to our house. They were profession, clean, and on time. The budget was also correct. Any issues, as you expect with major construction, were minor and were immediately and professionally addressed. We were constantly updated on progress and what to expect. The subcontractors were all respectful, left the area clean, and on time. We highly recommend this company!
