I needed service on my garage door the spring broke and I couldn't open the door the people from Ellis door co had someone near my home and sent them rite over they repaired my door faster than I could have hoped for and when he gave me the bill I thought they made a mistake for the first time I felt like I was dealing with an honest company.

Went to open 60 year old garage door on Dec. 23 and the door flopped in half and couldn't be moved. Called Ellis because of high rating in Checkbook.org (you ought to subscribe: I find their ratings very reliable and they have saved me a ton of money and aggravation). Spoke with a woman, who at first said she might have trouble getting someone out as the next day was Christmas eve. She called back a few minutes later and said someone would be out at 9:00 AM, and told me the basic service fee was $90.
