Very experienced at what they do, quickly did a removal of old furnace and AC unit. Installed new furnace ,AC unit and new thermostat {programmable} . Works great. ! Would of gotten 5 star rating but didn’t caulk well enough in floor, left space for critters to come in house.

We had our bi-annual inspection and I told him our motor was making a whining sound. Come to find out the inducer motor was bad. It would have been replaced free of charge since we were on the service plan. Normally they would have had to order one. But one quick call to the office and the gentleman was back at the house installing it 30 minutes later! Love this company! They have great service and always take care of their customers!

We had maintenance scheduled for the afternoon and Nicole (sp) called to offer an earlier service time due to a cancellation, she was extremely pleasant and professional. Dwight was the HVAC service provider who came out. He said he would be here in 10 minutes, and he was. Dwight was very customer oriented, professional, and very informative. I had asked about remote options for thermostat control, and again he was very informative and left detailed information and his card for my husband to call him with any questions since my husband was working. I recommend Dugan Air 110%! Thank you Nicole and

We had the furnace start making a loud noise while running and called Dugan Air. They were able to come out the next morning and make a minor repair. I signed up for the seasonal maintenance for AC and Furnace and he completed the maintenance that day. Very prompt and honest.
