I would give this person a zero if I could. He is extremely rude, unreliable, and unprofessional. Only agreed to do the job cash off the books so he wouldn't have to pay taxes. Didn't do the job properly- left holes with jagged edges right in the center of the living room. Then I finally got a hold of him and he agreed to meet with me at a specific time. Waited two hours but he never showed up. Called him 4 hours later (5pm) on a weekday and he was completely drunk.
Following that interaction he agreed again to meet at a certain time. Confirmed several times. He texted to cancel at the
