Mark is like the Master of Animal Removal. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about any kind of pest, he is able to identify all the conditions that are enabling the pests to enter the home or property; remediate those issues; and put everything back the way it was (sheetrock, plumbing, stucco, car dashboards - you name it). He was a godsend after dealing with my incompetent pest control company for months in trying to rid invasive rats in my home. Look no further if you have a pest problem.

After my exterminator could not catch the rodents in my attic, I called Mark for help.
He answered all my questions in depth and even called my tenant who has health issues to reassure her. He came in time, was extremely friendly and professional and after serious investigation, he smoked the pipes and was able to locate where the rodents were accessing the attic.
He had to move my fridge, make a hole to access the pipes. He fixed the issue and repair the holes. He left the place behind the fridge even cleaner than when he arrived.
I am really glad I hired him and highly recommend him.

Mark is the owner/operator. He did a job early in the year for me arranged by a friend. He did not show up or call when he was supposed to come back a 2nd time as he was not able to trap the rat in my car. When he did come back, (only after having my friend contact him) the rat was already dead and he broke my windshield trying to remove the rat. He did not offer to have it replaced; instead told me to go thru my own insurance. A few months ago he made arrangements to give me an estimate for rats in my attic.
