One thing I like about their carpet cleaning service is how they pay attention to detail. At some point during the job, I was going to say, that’s okay. But then, the technician took his time, especially with those tough stains. Before I knew it, the whole place was neat and smelling great again.

UCM is not available in all areas, so if you are on their website reading the reviews, don't expect the same company. And unless pressed to find out exactly who they are, they will not tell you. Receptionist was extremely soft spoken. I wanted rugs and steps cleaned with a spot treatment and was told spot treatment price had to be seen to quote. Technician arrived and called manager several times. We ordered steam clean not deep clean. Prices vary significantly. Technician was polite and said carpets would dry in a few hours. The next day, some spots were still wet. Don't bother with the steam
