I’ve used Pena Garage Doors four to five times at my property but never have I had a problem before. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was significantly bad.
When I initially called and told the receptionist (Irem) the the problem (wheel & pin popped off the track & belt hanging from track) I was quoted the cost of $195). When pressed and asked what the $195 specifically cover, she could not tell me. In a bind, I reluctantly I acquiesced and made an appointment for the following morning (November 9).
The next day Carlos arrived at my door without giving me the agreed upon call prior

100% Recommended , Fast Service and Professional , we had our Garage order put in the morning and by Evening, Same day had our Door!
