7. The majority of the volunteers providing services are professional craftsmen and technicians. The market value of the services provided ranges from $50 per hour to $95 per hour. In order to provide these services to as many as people as possible, we ask, "Are you able to make a contribution to East Central Ministries?", and, "What amount do you expect to contribute?"
Be sure you have these things in hand before you hire a contractor to work on your property. This should come to you directly from the insurance company, and not from the contractor. I have had people try to give me fake certificates. Unfortunately, the bond which most contractors refer to is a "license bond" which offers very little in the way of protection for the consumer, it primarily protects the state that issues the license.
