I can not say enough good things about our experience with Precision Door, and their tech Shane, in particular! I called Precision on a Tuesday morning, had an appointment for a tech to come out Wednesday mid day, and when Shane arrived he was kind, professional & a straight shooter with the best fix for our situation. No cheesy sales guy tactics to pad the bill, just direct and honest, which we greatly appreciated. I have been using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for 10+ years. I always receive professional service. My latest service was no exception. My technician Tim was very knowledgeable, answered my myriad of questions, and gave me the full story without trying to upsell me.

I had Precision Door team come to my home to replace a broken spring on one of my garage doors. They not only kept me informed on their arrival time but arrived within the window given to me. The service team were great and very thorough in explaining all of the repairs that needed to be done. This was kind of an emergency so I didn't have a chance to price compare but the service team that came to my home was awesome. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. In fact I will be calling them for my annual maintenance checkups moving forward. Thank you!

Luke and his coworker fixed my parents’ garage issues and made a world of difference! I am happy with their service from inquiry, setting appointment, and completed work. Their customer service representatives are professionals and cheerful. Their technician, Shane, he is excellent. He is respectful and knows his job well. Shane enjoys his job. He is a good listener. He also gave some tips to maintain and keep my garage door in good condition. Shane told me on what he did and tested the garage door before signing the invoice. Overall, I am very satisfied with Precision Door Service.

Andrew from Precision Door Service was wonderful! As a female bodied person, he's the first individual out of four folks to come work on my garage door to not belittle me. He spoke to me like an equal and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He did excellent work, he did it quickly, and left no mess. First, the appointment was the same day. The person taking my was professional. Paul, the technician, came to look at the door. He told me what he could do.
