Guy came to my door in 115 degree weather. Very pleasant for working in that heat walking door to door. I felt bad and have had troubles with black widows so I went ahead and allowed them to spray my yard for a good price. His ups was overheating so he asked if he could step inside my house to cool it down. I put it on a small ac unit to cool it down for him. Then it was so hot I just wanted him to leave since I had to keep the door open and it was so hot as it was. He NEVER mentioned that the document I signed allowing him to spray was actually a contract for a year! It usually read what I sign

I signed up with a door to door sales person. Never used a pest control company and seemed reasonable. I requested Monday services because I have a big dog and I'm home. They come every 2 months. I have not had any pests inside my house, but the ants seem to still pop up. I have had them out once to re apply. Now after almost 6 months they still cannot get a Monday service for me, even though 2 months ago they said they would......they did finally update my request. We will see if it continues. I do have to say that I have not seen any pest service n side my house.

A guy came out and convinced me to have them do pest service every now and then and we pay them quarterly for 106. Well we started this in July. They've charged us 106 dollars A MONTH. called and asked why we are being charged the amount and they blatantly lied to my face saying they didn't. Well my bank account doesn't lie. This company is a phony and lies about their services... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. ID GIVE THEM A ZERO BUT IT DOESNT GO THAT LOW.

This company couldn't kill a snail with a salt shaker. Don't get sold on their "deal of a life time." They over promise, and severely under deliver. The spray I get from Home Depot does more damage than this company. Oh, and I was told that they treat for termites, that definitely was wrong. I'm starting to questing what they treat for.

Where to start with this company...first and foremost, I have more pests now than when they started. They do offer to come and "retreat" the area. The tech that showed up to our home smelled like he bathed in an ashtray. No way would I ever let someone in my home that smelled this bad and how someone could show up for work like that and it go unmentioned is beyond me. I had him spray the outside of the home only. (This was in June) Today (Aug) the tech showed up while I was sleeping and I was unable to get to the door in time. No service was completed yet my card was still charged for

Bunch of scammers. I signed up for a quarterly service for $269 and the salesman told me they were doing a pre-emergent and that in 3 weeks or so they would do a second treatment free. I called and asked for the second treatment and they knew nothing about it and already had me on schedule for a quarterly treatment after only 5 weeks not 90 days. Their gig is to get you to do 5 or 6 'quarterly' services claiming their 'automated system schedules for them' so you pay out the nose for their over scheduling of bad service. Bad Bad Bad. Sorry I did business with them.

I did not get service from this company, but someone came to my door today and probed with questions that made my husband uncomfortable and when he asked how much we currently pay for pest control my husband said he didn't know. The rep said "ask your wife, I know she is here" .. why would you say that! He also then said that their service was a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. (Also, why would you say that!) We are happy with the pest control we have. I obviously was not interested in your tactics or ethics.

I have informed Armor Pest Control that I will be out of the country and requested to halt all of my appointments until further notice. Yet, they continue to come spray outside and charge me the full amount. I reached out to them to correct the error, they advised me to have someone go to my house just so that they can finish the service. Imagine having to coordinate that while being abroad given the time difference. Horrible experience- it seems like no one reads the notes. I just canceled my service and will not do service with them again nor recommend them to anyone. I would give Armor Pest

Their solution to the problem is to have a technician come out and spray again and follow up every two weeks! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on ARMOR's treatments of every 3 months. Terrible customer service! I

Signed a year contract with them last August. We have seen multiple scorpions since and just got stung last Saturday. I asked them to come out and was told soonest would be a week and a half from now. They had no problem taking my payments each month but service visitations were greater than 60 days apart. I paid extra to break the contract. I warn you not to do business with them.

My afternoon started off with an unsolicited visit by a salesperson from Armor Pest Defense. Even though I have a "No Soliciting" sign clearly posted near my front door, this person knocked multiple times while I was in the process of homeschooling my child.
