Combs was responsive when I had an HVAC unit quit working. They were able to come next day (July 9, 2021). The technician was respectful. The problem is they want to make a quick buck and not diagnose a problem. My unit was low on Freon, which they fixed, but they made no attempt to find a leak. They then charged my wife over $300 and left. I called the office and asked about trying to find a leak and was told the customer service manager had serviced my unit and they would have him call. I have heard nothing else. 10 days later, the unit is low again and stopped working. This time, I had a technician
