We had an excellent experience with Marks-Woods Construction. We received bids from 3 other firms and found their pricing to be competitive. We found MW to be very responsive from the beginning of the design process all the way through project completion. We worked primarily with Greg Marks during the sales/design process then worked with Drew Marks day-to-day during construction.

I reached out to Marks-Woods in August 2020 since I am renovating my two bathrooms, powder room, kitchen and Attic. They were responsive and came out within a week. During the meeting, they seemed very professional and knowledgeable. They said I would receive a quote after two to three weeks. After several attempts to receive a quote and two months later, I have received nothing. It has been over three weeks since they promised I would receive a proposal and have received nothing- not even an email. I am not able to provide any details of their quality of work since I haven’t even received a

Our family undertook the daunting task of taking on a complete home renovation. After an exhausting contractor search, we decided on MW Construction. The entire staff is friendly and showed that they truly cared about us and the product that they we're delivering. It took a tad of 3 months to completed the project which included a new kitchen, 4 new bathrooms, new siding, new hardwoods, deck, and new fixtures. We love showing off the new pad and even encourage MW Construction potential customers to come take a look at what they could possibly have it they use the MW firm. Great group of peeps!
