We couldn't get our heat to kick on this morning and Guy from R Buck Heating and A/C came to the rescue! He was on time and super knowledgeable. I am so happy and so relieved, thank you RBuck...thank you Nick...thank you Justin! They did the best job imaginable for me. I have an old 100+ year old house and they managed to completely replace my furnace, working around some odd things and getting everything done safely and quickly. I'm impressed from start to finish with the bid, enthusiasm for their work, education they gave me, expertise and just great work ethic. I think anyone is fortunate if they get these guys working on their project. Thank you!

The appointed time came and the doorbell rang. Promptness was the first impression. He put on his booties and then entered my home. He went right to work setting the thermostat and then on to the furnace. No hesitation as he inspected the furnace and added water to the battery operated pump until the float started the pump. He can communicate in a professional and courteous manner as he does the inspection and waits for the furnace to run the designated settings. I highly recommend this employee for prompt and accurate service.
