So easy to deal with!! I only needed carpet replaced in one bedroom, but they treated me with the same priority as if I needed flooring for my entire house. I walked into the store on a Thursday at noon, Marcos came to measure that afternoon and I had the carpet installed by the following Thursday. So very happy and would definitely use them again in the future for any home improvement needs!!

Adriel and his crew did a phenomenal job installing our engineered wood floors. They undercut 2 fireplaces and lots of brick making the flooring look like it has always been here. They were recommended by our realtor and we reached out to set up a quote. Abe came to our new home to take measurements quickly, as we were short on time. We followed him to his showroom and he helped us match our existing wood floors. He planned out removing all the carpets and replacing with matching floor and resurfacing and staining our existing floor to match. These guys are awesome. Great floors, great installation, great prices. They've installed floors for us four times in two different houses. We've never been disappointed. Marco even got hardwoods installed in our new house within three days so they were down before the movers even arrived. The owner Abraham is great too. Highly recommend!

Marco is a miracle worker! We bought a house and had a very short timeline to make changes. I am not good at picking out colors/styles - Marco recommended certain floors and backsplash styles which, I must say, completely transformed the house! I'm so happy with our new space. The vinyl floors are great (at half the price of the big box stores for carpet removal/install) and the kitchen backsplash matches the house to a T. My husband and I had a great experience. We had a multi-room installation of wood floors. The workmanship was excellent. Crew was friendly and kept our house as clean as possible during the process. Removed and reinstalled the baseboards instead of adding quarter round like other flooring stores. Salesman Marco was professional, courteous and an excellent communicator. My experience with Floors Touch was amazing. My wife and I were looking to replace tile in the Kitchen and Dining room and Carpet in all the bedrooms and office. They had a great selection and the prices were very competitive. Marcos was always very polite and called the week prior to installation to confirm and make sure I didn't have any last minute questions. The installers were very meticulous and the quality of the install was superb. They cleaned as they worked and took extra care to make sure the dust from the tile removal was contained just in the rooms where they were working

I would not recommend this place to my friends or my enemies. I did not have a good experience. I feel that 6+ months to get a flooring project completed is way too long. I feel that the owner was very disrespectful to my wife. I feel that they weren't honest and up front about their pricing, promises, processes, and timing. Please do your research before choosing your flooring company.
