They do great work but need more vans or some other solution. Booked them for a move-out cleaning. Got a call on Saturday that one of their vans broke and my house was the furthest away so they were canceling my Tuesday appt. Currently jumping through my butt to find someone else in the next two days.

This was me and wife's first carpet cleaning within the first two years of living in our house. I must say Shayne was awesome!! His customer service was second to none and was very professional. He came to clean 4 rooms for us and even cleaned our area rug in the living room as a complimentary add in. You can't beat that!!! Carpet Zen will definitely be my choice for future cleanings. Made an appointment last Friday for today, my only day off, at 1235. Was called this morning for them to say he'd be "late" and here at 1 and that I would receive a text when he was on the way. I have all furniture moved since last night. I have 3 kids coming home from school around 4, which was the purpose behind a 1230 apt. No text by 1255, called the company with no answer, left a message. Called again after 1, no answer, left a message. Just called again at 115, no answer, left a message. This is horrible business. I have 1 day off out of 6 straight days. This isn't ok.

We're in the midst of potty training a puppy and we have three children so needless to say our carpets were looking a bit rough. Carpet Zen seriously made our carpet look brand new! Additionally, he was able to get two pink stains out of my daughters closet from a lip gloss kit I foolishly allowed them to buy. We will 100% use carpet zen again and will be recommending them to our friends as well.

Shayne was absolutely amazing! We were in the process of moving and discovered some absolutely horrible pet odors in two of the rooms. They materialized after the house was sitting without AC in the middle of the Summer.
He was responsive, punctual, personable, and explained our options clearly. He offered additional tips to help treat the carpets between services. With kids and pets we definitely look forward to regular cleanings.

Y'all, there is a REASON this company has stellar reviews. If there was a 10 Star option I would've picked that one, this company is truly a gem.
We had to put our house on the market last-minute and needed our kitchen tile & grout cleaned, and the carpets in the bedroom. I reached out on Thumbtack and Shayne got back to me right away, and then he was able to fit us in first thing Monday morning (and I only contacted him on Saturday!).
