Headquartered in Aiken, SC; our company has constructed nearly 30-million square feet of space over a 10 state geographic area in the southeast.

B.S. in Finance from the University of South Carolina Honors College. With 25 years of construction-related experience, he holds a Masters in International Business from the University.
The fast-track nature of commercial construction requires extensive teamwork and cooperation among many stakeholders including owners, contractors, designers, tenants, municipalities and utility companies. The depth and breadth of our experience in the commercial construction market provides us with the ability to coordinate these various entities, as needed, to bring a project to successful completion.

Proven track record and willingness to travel throughout the southeast are a must. Prior civil experience a plus. We offer top pay and excellent benefits.

Gillam & Associates will review the SQF forms and registration information and at the estimators' discretion will issue bid invitations to qualified subcontractors and suppliers on a project-to-project basis.
