Kevin founded Wallace Remodeling in 1973. He has dedicated his entire career to the remodeling industry and is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable remodelers regarding San Francisco rules and regulations. He is the founding president of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Kevin is a Bay Area native, father of three and has been named one of the top 50 remodelers in the US, according to the Remodeling Magazine.

Whether you use an architect you've worked with or an architect from our network of industry partners, we will work with that person in each stage from the inception of your project to completion.
We work in the design/build approach as well as the traditional general contractor approach. We can develop designs to achieve your remodeling goals with complete, accurate drawings and project specifications. We have a small team of architects that over time we have come to trust and work well with.
We can advise you with details and perspective that will help you make informed decisions and guide you toward opportunities to enhance a property and its future value for you.
